AGC Safety Events Focus on Fall Protection and Tower Cranes

Steve Heist Construction Safety & Health Specialist with the Department of Labor & Industries will be presenting the existing Fall Protection regulations and current interpretations as well as take questions on the rules under development. (Note that the Seattle meeting will be followed by a tower crane discussion.)

Dec. 1 - Central District:
9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. AGCs Yakima Office and
1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Wenatchee at Pipkin Construction office

Dec. 4 - Seattle District
9 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. AGCs Seattle Office (This meeting will be immediately followed by a discussion with Dan McMurdie of L&I regarding the necessary steps for erecting tower cranes in Washington State to ensure you dont have L&I shut you down after the crane is erected!).

Dec. 11 - Southern District:
10:00 a.m. - Noon AGCs Tacoma Office

Dec. 12 - Northern District:
11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. AGCs Bellingham Office
