Field trips included the Bertha tunnel project the Sea Wall project and the Fremont North Transfer Station project -- as well as the Paul Allen Institute for Brain Science where students learned about scientific collaboration and sharing data. The institute is currently under construction with glass windows for transparency and sharing of info; no one is locked out. Campers safely used hammers drills and nails to engineer and construct birdhouses and tool chests. As for math the students made concrete pavers and measured additives to properly mix concrete.

Supporting AGC members included Sellen Construction GLY Construction Mid-Mountain Construction Lydig Construction and Gray Lumber. National Association Women in Construction The Lockwood Foundation Gene Colin AGC Future Leadership Forum and Bill Bender (UW) provided scholarships for campers.
