Agreements reached with four crafts

AGC negotiating teams have reached agreements with the Cement Masons Laborers Carpenters and Teamsters unions. As of this writing the Operating Engineers are still in discussions with the AGC negotiating committee.

In the four completed agreements each craft agreed to a three-year term effective 6/1/15 through 5/31/18 with wage and fringe packages in the 3%-per-year range. While language changes were minimal there are a few common elements -- most notably the agreement to waive the City of Tacoma paid-leave ordinance. Updated contracts will be posted as soon as the final language has been verified and contracts signed.
