Construction manager sought for Project Review Committee

The Capital Projects Advisory Review Board (CPARB) is recruiting a construction manager to serve a three-year term on its Project Review Committee.

The PRC reviews and approves projects and project teams proposing to use the General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) and Design Build (DB) contracting methods on projects and project teams and to certify public bodies for three years to use these procedures for projects with a total project cost of $10 million. The committee also reviews and approves the use of GC/CM procedures by certified public bodies for projects under $10 million.

CPARB is a state board created to provide evaluation of public capital project construction processes including the impact of contracting methods on project outcomes and to advise the legislature on policies related to public works delivery methods.
