New Superintendents, Special Projects Director at Lydig

In March Tim Welch joined Lydig as a Superintendent for the Special Projects Group. Welch brings over 30 years of industry experience working on high-end tenant improvements and new projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. Projects include banking office and retail facilities for clients such as Washington Mutual Chase Washington Holdings Swedish Cushman Wakefield Fred Meyer and Starbucks.

Colm McGlynn joined Lydig’s Large Projects Group in May. With over 25 years of industry experience McGlynn has constructed a large number of healthcare facilities including projects with Swedish Virginia Mason Growidth=183up Health and others. Additionally he has built schools in the private education market including Seattle University University Prep and O’Dea High School. Colm recently retired from the Board of Directors at O’Dea High School after serving for 10 years and is currently the President of the Serra Club of Seattle.

Craig Greene joined the Lydig team this month as the Director of Special Projects. Greene brings an extensive background of SPG experience and healthcare projects to Lydig and is one of a handful of people that has worked on a true Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) contract. Certified as a Lean-Six Sigma Black Belt Craig is an Advisory Board Member for the Lean Construction Institute’s Cascadia Chapter. He also serves as the Board Secretary for the NW Dollars for Scholars a prograwidth=200m of Scholarship America.

Incorporated in 1956 Lydig provides General Contracting Construction Management Design Build Preconstruction and Special Project services for clients throughout the Western United States.
