ACTION ALERT: Don't Raise Workers' Comp Rates in 2012

As scheduled Workers’ Comp rate hearings approach AGC members are encouraged to contact the Washington State Dept. of Labor & Industries (L&I) and offer your comments on the proposed 2012 rates. The key points here will be made in an official communication from the AGC but is very helpful for individual businesses to express their views as well. Please take a moment and let L&I know what you think.

Background information and talking points are provided if you are able to appear and present your views at one of the 6 Rate Hearings scheduled across the State. An electronic version of a letter is available as well. Please send one off even if you plan to testify. Thank you for your participation!

You may simply send this message or add your comments as how a rate increase would impact your business. All comments have to be submitted by 5:00 on Nov. 4.
