WSDOT Seeks Input on DBE Program
The Washington State Dept. of Transportation is holding a meeting on Wednesday June 1 in Olympia to discuss setting overall goals for their Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program. WSDOT staff will discuss options and explain the process for goal setting. Public input will help WSDOT determine the methodology used to develop overall DBE goals for Federal Highway Administration and Federal Aviation Administration financially-assisted projects. This meeting will not address individual DBE goals for specific projects.
Those interested can participate in person or via webinar. Both will run from 3:30 to 5 p.m. on June 1. Meeting space is limited and reservations must be made by May 27.
