Washington State Needs a Fully Funded Capital Budget!
The entire Senate and House Republicans are threatening to withhold adoption of a Capital Budget or adopt a “cash only” version in retribution for the House not passing a constitutional amendment to lower the debt limit. We need you to contact the Governor and your legislators and urge them to pass the Capital Budget making needed investments in schools water environmental recreation and other projects which will create jobs and enable our economic growth.
