Out-of-State Prefab Form Released; Penalties for Non-Compliance
Contractors and subs who hire non-WA firms for prefabricated project-specific items for $1 million-plus public works projects must now report certain data. L&I released a standard form (Addendum to Affidavit of Wages Paid). Note: those found to have violated the reporting requirements more than once may not be awarded public works projects.
