Flagging CertificationThis course will certify you to perform traffic control Flagger duties on all roads, streets, and highways in Washington State. Certification is valid for three years.

All transfers or cancellations must be received one week prior to the class start date to avoid forfeiting 100% of the class fee. To clarify, if the class is on Tuesday, you must cancel the Monday of the preceding week by 5pm.
