A series of problem solving tools are discussed within the context of a structured problem solving process. The participants have the opportunity to use these tools on real problems within their work areas.

*The problem solving process *Problem solving tools, including: - Data collection / check sheets - Input / output analysis - Pareto analysis - Flow charting - Paired comparisons - Fishbone diagrams - Poka yoke - Brainstorming and creativity - Five whys *Building action plans to solve specific problems within the work area
*ALL EMPLOYEES WHO ATTEND OTHER MODULES ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND MODULE 1.*
