The Advanced Pull Planning module is a four-hour continuation of Lean Construction Certification Program (LCCP) Module 3: Pull Planning. This module will cover all aspects of pull planning methods to collaborate with all parties to create a streamlined project schedule and effectively manage the schedule to completion. The class will go further in-depth about the meetings and preparations prior to the first pull-planning session and techniques to ensure collaboration and success during the session. Students will be trained to conduct the post Pull Planning 6-Week Look Ahead, weekly, and daily work plans to ensure that the schedule is maintained and collaboration continues well after the schedule was first made.
Prerequisite: Must have complete Pull Planning module in the Lean Construction Certification Program (LCCP) prior to attending.

General contractors, subcontractors, superintendents, project managers, foremen, and anyone interested in successfully using collaborative pull planning methods to create and manage their schedule

All transfers or cancellations must be received one week prior to the class start date to avoid forfeiting 100% of the class fee. To clarify, if the class is on Tuesday, you must cancel the Monday of the preceding week by 5pm.
