Emergencies are unpredictable, but preparation can help individuals respond more effectively when every second counts. The Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE) course, developed by the Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training (ALERRT) Center, provides practical, safety-focused guidance for responding to active threat situations. Participants will learn the nationally recognized Avoid, Deny, Defend (ADD) framework, improve situational awareness, and gain a better understanding of personal and organizational preparedness. This training is ideal for employees, supervisors, managers, safety professionals, and anyone interested in strengthening emergency readiness.
