Building the Future: Port of Everett Projects & Contractor Opportunities

Join AGC N District members for a construction-focused discussion with Port of Everett Executive Director Lisa Lefeber, offering an insider’s perspective on the Port’s current and future capital improvement program. The Port continues to invest in maritime infrastructure, waterfront redevelopment, transportation assets, marina facilities, and public-private development projects that are creating substantial opportunities for the construction industry. This session will provide valuable insight into the Port’s project pipeline, procurement processes, and upcoming work that may be of interest to both prime contractors and specialty subcontractors seeking opportunities in the public and maritime construction markets.
Attendees will also learn about major development initiatives such as the Port’s Waterfront Place redevelopment, a long-term investment program expected to generate approximately $1 billion in public and private investment. With ongoing and future work spanning site development, utilities, marine construction, heavy civil, vertical construction, infrastructure upgrades, and tenant improvements, the Port of Everett remains a significant source of construction activity in Snohomish County.
