Culture of CARE Virtual Forum: Worker Wellness Initiatives that work

With all that is going on in the world, worker recruitment and retention is a critical business function. One avenue to enhance worker satisfaction and improve their quality of life and longevity. These programs, when implemented properly can enhance worker morale and productivity.

We will hear from a clinician about the benefits of worker wellness initiatives, then learn from fellow AGC member firms, Manson and Hermanson, that have implemented such programs as they share things such as:

How they got started
What their program entails
What challenges they faced and how they were overcome
How they measure success
As always, we will close out the forum with a roundtable discussion and a new resource highlight with tools and resources to better support your workers' wellbeing.
