Efficient Processes Build Capacity
Process improvement extends through each part of your operation – from concept to completion. Please join us in Yakima to learn how lean principles can improve your estimating processes and increase your capacity using existing team and resources.
We look forward to sharing basic lean-operational principles and how they directly apply to construction. Using real examples and lean methods, you will learn how to improve process flow to maximize your performance. This will be an interactive session, full of thought-provoking conversations and overcoming challenges. Join us the Yakima Chamber of Commerce and get ready to add another “tool” to your toolbelt.
Space is limited -- register today!
Mason Gray will lead this discussion on enhancing your estimating process. He is a graduate of Bellingham Technical College’s Fisheries & Aquaculture program. After graduating in March of 2018, Mason realized the benefits that his father’s company, Lean Revisions, would bring to the Whatcom County community. Mason quickly got Yellow Belt Certified via the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and began his Lean Six Sigma practitioner journey.
Lean Revisions specializes in Lean Six Sigma process-improvement methodologies that strive for operational success. Since opening the second branch of the company in 2018, Mason has helped many businesses, industries and community efforts improve their efficiency. Mason believes that “putting the power of Lean Six Sigma into the hands of your community creates an environment of limitless potential. You show people a process and they understand it, you teach people to improve processes and they become an architect of their destiny…”
