A Joint Discussion with Labor and Employers

Construction craft unions across the Puget Sound region are stepping up to send the message that sexism, racism, harassment, hazing and intimidation are not welcome in their memberships.

This discussion is a follow up to Part 1 held in May highlighting the bold efforts being made by our region’s union representatives as they set standards for inclusive behavior and play a major role in making our jobsites welcoming to everyone.

Join us for Part 2, a joint discussion on ways employers and unions can help each other achieve the gold standard in jobsite culture - free from sexism, racism, harassment, hazing and intimidation. Special thanks to our panel of contractors and union representatives who will be answering important questions about supporting one another, blind spots, overcoming obstacles and what the future can look like for jobsites of today and the workers of tomorrow.

Attend to join the conversation!
