Prevailing-Wage Survey Strategy

Please join AGC of Washington, the Housing Development Consortium of Seattle-King County, the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties and the Associated Builders and Contractors to learn more about the currently open Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) wage and hour survey to set prevailing-wage rates for three trades involved in residential construction.

L&I’s survey includes Plumbers & Pipefitters, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanics and Sprinkler Fitters (fire protection). The survey covers all work performed on public or private residential construction projects between Oct. 1, 2021 and Sept. 30, 2022.

Completed surveys must be submitted by April 28. Affordable-housing developers, contractors and sub-contractors are encouraged to join us.

AGC of Washington Event Cancellation Policy

All transfers or cancellations must be received 3 business days prior to the event start date to avoid forfeiting 100% of the event fee. To clarify, if the event is on Tuesday, you must cancel the Wednesday of the preceding week by 5pm.
