AGC-member networking at the
Seattle AGC building.

The featured program welcomes Matthew Preedy, Sound Transit's Director of Construction Management who will give us
an overview of existing projects and schedule pressures, update the audience on new procurements for Sounder garages (Sumner, Kent and Auburn) and the Operations and Maintenance Facility South and West Seattle/Ballard Link extensions. Matt will conclude his remarks on Sound Transit's current thoughts on procurement methodologies and packaging.

Joining Matt will be Charla Skaggs,
consultant staff to the Sound Transit Board's Technical Advisory Group. The TAG is a group of transit capital-delivery experts asked by ST's Board of Directors to recommend ways
to expedite delivery of their capital-delivery program. Charla will give an overview of the TAG members, and describe how they are approaching this important work.
