This event is a fundraiser for AGC's BUILD PAC. All monies collected for this event will be sent directly to AGC’s BUILD PAC. Contributions to the PAC are not deductible for federal income-tax purposes. The contribution will also be reported to Public Disclosure Commission. In 2020, the Washington State legislature passed a law that prohibits donations from "foreign nationals" to a PAC.

Attestation of non-foreign national company affiliation required.
By completing your registration for this event, you are attesting that your company is not organized under the laws of and does not have its principal place of business in a foreign country. You are also confirming that the contribution is not being financed in any part by a foreign national and foreign nationals were not involved in make decisions regarding the contribution in any way.

AGC of Washington Event Cancellation Policy

All transfers or cancellations must be received 3 business days prior to the event start date to avoid forfeiting 100% of the event fee. To clarify, if the event is on Tuesday, you must cancel the Wednesday of the preceding week by 5pm.
