Starting in the first quarter of 2021, Seattle Public Schools is planning solicitations of over $400 million in BEX V Capital Levy projects. At this December membership meeting, Richard Best, Seattle Public Schools Director of Capital Projects & Planning, will give us details about these contracting opportunities including GC/CM and design/bid/build projects, as well as significant specialty contractor opportunities. Join us on-line for this free event!
You’ll also get an update on SPS' plans to implement Student & Community Workforce Agreements (government-mandated project-labor agreements) on their capital projects starting next year.
