CLC Education Session: "Communicating with Different Personality Styles"

Join us for this in-depth virtual-education session, Communicating with Different Personality Styles, presented by Travis Daniel, president/CEO of Dale Carnegie NW.

Many behavioral psychologists have researched the theory that people’s behavior can be roughly classified into four groups. By recognizing our dominant style and developing the ability to identify traits in others, we can change our behaviors to interact with a wide variety of personalities both on and off the project.

Brought to you by GLY, this session helps people understand the four dominant personality styles and the most important elements to help reach across barriers and connect with others. We need to identify our own strengths and weaknesses to take control of our actions and feelings.

At the completion of this module, participants will be able to

• identify their own personality style and how they react under pressure;
• modify behaviors to be able to connect with people of different styles, and
  
• influence attitudes and behaviors of others.
